Advent Lessons & Carols

The Christ Church Parish Choir will offer an Advent Service of Lessons and Carols based on the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols service sung Christmas Eve at King’s College, Cambridge for over one hundred years. This Advent service comprises seven lessons from the Old and New Testaments beginning with The Fall into sin and ending with the Annunciation to Mary of the Christ Jesus. Among the lessons, the Choir and Congregation sing hymns, carols, and anthems. The service will be held at 5:00 p.m. in the church, and a festive reception will follow. Freewill donation.
